As long as it is acceptable to your IP there is no reason why you can`t apply for a mortgage whilst in an IVA .-Tony

Hi gg and welcome to the forum

Your IP may well permit a mortgage, providing that this does not affect your ability to make your IVA payments. As you will not be offered a 100% loan to value mortgage, you will need to have at least a 10% deposit available to put down on the property, and in many cases this can increase to 15%. Do you have these funds available, and if so where have they come from?
