Hi
I have been completed on my IVA via F&F for 3 years this year and the IVA has been removed from my credit file. I am considering a Morgage however there is a question on there relating to an agreement with creditors (i.e IVA) as the IVA is off my file settled and completed for 3 years do I need to inform them as I will then be refused a morgage or have to take a sub prime morgage for something that happened over 6 years ago and is done and dusted will this haunt me for the rest of my life

It will depend on how the question is worded. Does it say are you in an arrangement or have you been in an arrangement?

I'm not sure that if you answer yes it will mean a rejection. Would it not say so on the application to save further bother? Maybe the interest rate will be higher.
