Let them get on with it - sooner or later you will either save up enough to pay for it yourself, or one of the creditors will have had enough and do it for you!

Don't feel naughty! You have done more than your best. Not your fault that things haven't worked out the way you wanted them to. Get a PAYG, at least for incoming calls.

Let the rest just go above your head! You are more important than your debts.

Hi Quark

Sorry to hear about your situation I hope things work out well for you!

This may have been mentioned before but could you set a silent ringtone on your phone/s for the telephone numbers you don't want to receive?!

Hi Quark - LOVE IT. You actually have the upper hand versus your creditors. In your position, i would send them your medical notes and a strongly worded note telling them to make you br or leave you alone because their harassment is detrimental to your health and you are saving for br. This may just be enough to halt their silly charade.

I'd just let them get on with it! They can't do anything worse than make you bankrupt and I think I'd enjoy playing them up!

I would go for the new sim card/number and let them all get on with it.

and relax they can't take what you haven't got!

You've done your best Quark, and as the others say change your number and let them get on with it!

BTW if you need a second character reference you know where I am!

Thank you Skip, i know i can seem a bit highly strung at times, look at all the huge things that have gone on though, mustn't lose sight of that. Every cloud..... Also, this isn't a forever thing, it's a frustrating wait but there is light at the end of the tunnel. In the meantime, i go BR, settle down and have nothing to worry me post op. BR is just a step in the right direction, an early fresh start.

Couldn't have put it better myself Quark. You're on the road to full recovery both healthwise and financial!

Glad you're being more positive Quark.

While I know it's not for everyone, going BR was the best thing I could have done as it gave me a fresh start. Going BR meant we could move house to a better area (meaning I could have my beloved Harry Puss!) and now we are going to be getting married. Without the fresh start none of that would happened.

I'm not trying to make BR sound good because it's not, but I had to do it and once it was done I moved on and you will be able to do the same xxx

Well said Skippy. It's not an easy thing to do, but for some people it's the only option and the vast majority of them have tried hard to make an IVA or DMP work but it's not been possible.

Good luck Quark - hope to read some good news soon.
