1st of sept...on the 15th august ...we posted off our 2nd annual review stuff to IP.... still no answer ...not even an acknowledgement....now i am biting my nails...we so wanted to get this one sorted really well...we actually phoned and asked IP when she wanted documents etc...so we could be ahead of the game so to speak.....it is a bit more complicated this time around as my self employed earnings have varied and will drop from end of this month...so altho we didnt want a variation as we can still afford the payment...we wanted to know if all was well...

last year altho it all went through with no variations we didnt actually hear from IP till it had all been done...he asked for nothing ahead of time but wanted to see them retrospectively which seemed a bit strange...

anyway...waiting for reviews is almost as hard on the nerves as waiting for creditors meetings and i dont have a lot of patience at best of times...aaaaggghhhh...and i cant change my forum name till i get my review results.!!! .LOL

TOL, I hope you get an answer soon. It must be nailbiting. I haven't had a review yet, still in my first year.

Have you decided on a new name yet?

Aw TOL I'm sure you'll be fine - seems to me that despite an upcoming drop in your income you are still willing to make the agreed payment so sure your IP must respect you for that - I know I do!

I am sure everything will be fine for you and then you can pick a new name! [:)]

cant decide between two names ...hee hee...Ray suggested one and i really liked that one..but want to keep that one for the actual end of IVA i think...so may use one that continues the "life"theme
wondering if i should email my IP and sk if all okay....havent a clue whenif they actually meet the creditors...or do they just write to them all with the payout???
dont want to stir up anything ...really nervous about this....not quite sure why...maybe its because life is relatively good and smooth at the moment and i am afraid it may all go ape.!!!

TOL - it's horrible waiting isn't it? What date was your review actually due? I'm sure IP's legally have 2months from date of review to complete it.

We've had one review which went through no amendments, even though hubby had been given a payrise due to cost of living going up, there was no changes. So fingers crossed for you.

I am sending mine today for our six month review, I get nervy as well though so far annual and the the other six month ones went well and there were no changes, so i am sure all will be fine TOL. Half the time with me it is my usual fear of impending doom and that nothing ever goes right that make me worry. when I look I know all should be well I just expect it not to be.

Hopefully you will hear soon.

Ang xx
