yes it is think its 568 actually just completly confused about what to do when i have sold the house i wont have the £568 to pay but i will have rent on a new place and whatever it works out at for me to pay the remaining monies to nr should i sell the house first before seeking help
or if i could get rid of the car but repo that would give me another 200 a month spare i dont need the car just seems easier to go bankcrupt right now start a fresh

If you got rid of the car you would then have a total disposable income of approx £400 to service less than 15K debt and be in a position to keep the house as the total payable per month to NR is included in the expenditure you have given.

I am sorry but I don't understand either way why you feel that the house should go?

i was planning on moving anyway as the area that we live in keeps getting worse and worse my partner had her motorbike stolen 2 days before christmas from 2 teenages that live 2 doors away cant prove it though and various oter problems so the house will be going one way or another i guess if i can get rid of the car and be very very careful i may be able to come though all of this but at the same time is it worth all the hard work when i could go bankcrupt or find an easier way

If you are wanting to move because the area is not nice, I don't blame you Aaron. So sad to give everything up for that reason, but totally understand.
