I have to agree with Andy

There is no excuse for an accountant who specialises in any field not to talk to you and actually most prefer to talk anyway as it deals with the problem.

Try e mailing as well and I would check with Royal Mail to see if the letter was delivered.

Keep us updated

Regards

Ray

In my case, I speak to my case manager who will contact the IP guy and gather the response and that has worked out so far.

wowwwwwww. I actually spoke to somebody on the phone who actually knew what she was talking about.Andddddd she gave me an email address for herself to speed things up a bit.
Anyway, she seems to think that my offer of the next 2 years iva payments and my 15000 equity (which was estimated on proposal) is an aceptable offer to put to the creditors.(2 of which are "sold debts" now)
Just a few things to post off first like mortage redemption certificate. New mortgage offer and a valuation.
Question.........would the offer "in principle" be good enough to send in or will it have o be a firm offer?
Just trying to move things along i suppose so i can get this out of the way and start sorting my life.

Also, where can we get a free valuation? The offer i have had, as i said was in principle and they need to value the house at a cost of around £300 (must keep talking nice to big brother for this) which is refundable on comletion.
The problem is i would not want to rely on anybody for the money utill valuations have gone in and i have it in writing that my offer stands a chance, because we then cant pay it back if they see all the paperwork and then decide it snot a good enough offer.
Sorry im rambling know [:I]
