Hi Guys. Just thought I'd tell you about my evening. As hubby and I don't really drink and don't smoke, we thought we would do something together and joined a Salsa class. We felt guilty as we feel that perhaps you're not supposed to enjoy yourself whilst in an IVA, but we don't do anything else extravagent so thought we'd give it a whirl.

We had a fab time and a real laugh plus I got to dance with another ten men to boot [:D] (Tough job but someone had to do it), and also learnt a few basic moves as well.

I feel on a high at the moment. I really enjoyed myself, and thought this would also help with the weight coming off as well.

Just thought I'd share......

Hi Kazzy,

Good for you [:D], Glad you enjoyed yourself. Exercising can be so boring so good that you've had a laugh while doing it [:D][:D]

Dreading the weigh-in on Friday, must admit not been sticking to it as much as I should [:0] Oh well, maybe next week will be better , I hope [:D]

Well done Kazzy! I don't think I'll be trying it - it would be like a baby hippo trying to dance if I did! I did go for a very short run on Monday and it nearly killed me, but I'm glad I did it.

I'm weighing in tomorrow, so I'll post then. I'm not optimistic as I haven't been very good.

Viki, I have just re-read your post. May not be a good idea to show you our moves at FF, we will still be searching for hubby's right foot as he was bless with two left ones at birth [:D][:D] He had to sit out half way through the lesson, as he was disrupting the rest of the class - he was going in a different direction to everyone else, it was SO funny. Dance Jokette ....

Wizz: "Doc, I had the worst dream of my life last night. I dreamed I was with twelve of the most beautiful chorus girls in the world. Blondes, brunettes, redheads, all dancing in a row."
Doctor: "Hold on, Wizz. That doesn't sound so terrible."
Wizz: Oh no? In the dream, I was the third girl from the left."
When I was young I was called a rugged individualist
When I was in my fifties I was considered eccentric
Here I am doing and saying the same things I did back then and now I'm labelled senile
