Hey guys

Just had to let you know that my meeting was at 2pm today and it has been accepted 19.83p to the pound with the only modifications on it being that my supervisor had to reduce his fees.

Northern Rock (Together Mortgage) was my main creditor and they accepted so there is hope for us all.

NR (27k) - accepted (they rejected last week apparently but accepted it today)
MBNA (600) - no vote
Egg (17k) - accepted
HSBC (1.8k overdraft) - rejected as they wanted 40p to the pound

Good news peeps !

Oh poor you. I had pretty much talked myself into it being rejected. Mainly after reading on here how they like at least 25p to the pound (I can't do a pound sign as my keyboard is American and I don't know where it is !!!) and that NR reject pretty much all of them especially if they are combined with a mortgage.

I guess we just have to trust that the IP wouldn't put it forward if they didn't think it would be accepted. Easy for me to say now I know !!

Keep the faith and let us know.

xx

Oooo cross over posts there - that was for Kallis.

I am so relieved I can't tell you, in fact I am now eating a huge big piece of cake - it was my birthday yesterday but it's only now I feel like I can really celebrate it.

Many congratulations popcorn - you must be very relieved.
I too have NR together mortgage and an unsecured loan with them, and they accepted with no problem - even after speaking to them they have refunded the loan amount they took in the first month!
