Thanks everyone, just starting to sink in now. For anyone reading who is still thinking about entering into an IVA, don't wait, get in touch with someone now and start the ball rolling, believe us, it's worth it. [:)]

Same as I felt beans, I would have tried to limp along for ages trying to avoid insolvency but have never been happier or more settled since my iva was approved.

If you are anything like I was you will feel a bit 'wierd' for a while now your iva has been accepted. Can't explain 'wierd' but it's almost like thinking 'this is too good to be true there must be a hidden catch' but you will settle and the first payments have flown for me.
So good luck again for your future, you are in contol of your destiny again[:D]

Hi I know what you mean Emma I felt the same like it was too good to be true and as nothing ever seemed to go right for us, I waited for the hidden catch to appear. So far it hasnt , and we are as you say happier than we have ever been and so much more in control of our finances.

Hi BOT, Glad everything is now looking brighter. I wanted to take this opportunity to remind you about the review boards on our web site. When are well settled into your IVA and have some experience to speak of you can let the rest of the community know about it. Best of luck for the future.

Many thanks
