MBNA sold to Max, Evershed voted YES
Egg voted YES

Cap One
MINT
and AN OTHER wanted mods but accepted no changes

£283.00 payable for 60 months or so and no more credit cards.

Can I now phone up the likes of Luke @ KPG and give him some stick??? [}:)]

81% of debt voted and voted in favour the rest had not voted.

The guy said the gods where shining down on me as the IVA prior to mine MBNA didn't sell on and voted no.

He also said if they sell to Link they will always vote no.
Ta.

quick question, in five years time who's going to touch me for a remortage???

hopefully I will have it cleared up by then, my IP has also stated that he doesn't count a windfall as being anything work related.

Not much good with mortgages but I think you would have to go to a subprime lender and would pay a little more interest.
I would say anything related to work would not fall in the windfall bracket and would be dealt with as set out in your proposal, more than likely the 50% .

A windfall is more like a wn on the lottery or inheritance an unexpected money.

Hi
Congratulations
You should find getting a mortgage after an IVA has concluded fairly easy as long as you have a good deposit

Hi pms9999

Congratulations on having your IVA accepted. Does your iVA have an Equity Release Clause within it ? If it does, go to our site at www.surviveyourdebt.co.uk where you can access our FREE Reminder Service. Have this service remind you three months before the time required to seek out a "Whole of Market" Mortgage Adviser.

They will not only advise you on the Equity Release, but will also keep in touch with you so as to arrange a further Remortgage later when you will be able to access normal rates, when your entry on the Insolvency Register disappears, one year after the end of youir IVA.
