Why is delay not universal and why are The CCCS VA dept not chasing PPI reclaims ?

I wonder if GT supply a tin hat for poor Karol ?

I work as a nurse in a Hospice, where care is of the utmost important. I wonder how a patient and their relatives would feel if we said "Sorry, but we can see you are in such terrible pain, but we are having our tea break and then we are going for a fag so you will have to either die in pain or hang around for a an hour or two? I wonder how GT would cope in that situation?

Cases can only be varied with the agreement of debtor and creditors - so have you actually agreed to the proposed variation being submitted to your creditors? And as a general point, IVAs cannot be varied once the period for which they were accepted over has expired.
