I think a few people will already know my thoughts of the Accuma Admin staff.

After having had my IVA payment taken wrong SIX months in a row, YES you read that right SIX months, I cancelled my DD and paid them by BACS for 6 months.

After finally being convinced that everything would be okay I allowed them to set up the DD again.

Instead of £374.00 they managed to take £174.00... Not that i'd complain apart from i know they will realise at some point.. Apparently I got the "new boy"..

Back to BACS i think... At least i will be sure the right amount has been taken.

Sheesh, sometimes i wonder what i am paying them for.

I could put all this money for 60 months into a savings account then pro-rata the amounts i owe. It's not hard. I could probably even do the annual report myself..

Grrrrrrrr
