additional payments before entering IVA?

I am confused in what they are asking for. As provided the info as requested then get this letter saying I owe this money which its my responsibilty to have the money to pay them.
As they have only asked for last 3 wage slips plus P60. I would of expected them to ask for copies of my wage slips for the period I have been in the IVA.
I have had no additional payments for the period 2005-2006.

I think the easiest thing to do here, is ask the IP to breakdown exactly what this additional payment is, line by line if necessary. I would also for the calculations that he / she has used.
I am hopeful that it is going to be something as simple as an error on the IP's calculations, which will only be spotted once they are reviewed
