Please can someone help?
We were due to complete our IVA on 8th May 2013, but due to our previous IP's error i.e. not considering our additional expenditure only additional income, we are told that we owe £1,050 before we can complete our IVA!!
Because this goes back four years, we don't have the old bills we need to dispute the amount so have agreed to pay it [:(]
The problem is, our IP is saying that the payment we made on 31st May was part of our monthly contributions and won't be taken off the amount, but it was our 61st payment, so surely that counts an additional payment that should come off what we owe?
Help please, we just want it to end.
