I am wondering why Alternative Dispute Resolution isn't being used much in UK. I saw that West London Law offer this service, as most seem to have no other real options other than IVA or Bankruptcy that i guess with the latter one will always feel the label, and Banks come up with have you ever been a Bankrupt and i see someone had their new basic account closed down despite being in credit once the Bankruptcy was publicized, surely that is something that could be challenged under Discrimination Act if one is not expecting credit, unless there was something not declared at time of opening account i suppose.
I am still toying with ideas at present.
