Would it be best for me now to make a smaller payment to the remaining two creditors?

If you do make smaller affordable payments, that will probably help to stop the creditors harassing you in the early days. Just make sure that you retain enough money to retain for your household bills, so as you don't need to rely on taking any further credit towards the end of the month.

Hi Nadia,
Welcome to the forum. Like the others, once I had picked my IP and started the ball rolling I stopped payments (I had been making token payments proir to that).
The phone calls and letters are harassing, but everyone on here has survived it and will support you as best we can.
I'm sure Melanie will guide you to visualise yur options and pick the right solution for you,
Good luck,
Thinking of you,
