Hi All,

I have found the below link, which may be of use when dealing with creditors calls and letters. I have printed a copy out and will now keep it by the phone!

Sainsbury's have been a nightmare for me and continue to call me 5 or 6 times a day so I am ready for them now!

Good luck to everyone else going through this, but we will get there in the end! Hope the link works and is of use.
