My husbands CoC arrived yesterday from GT I'm hoping mine will arrive today. There are a few things I don't understand and would like advice before I try to contact them.
On the receipts and payments section it mentions a client refund, is that money due back to us?
On the creditor distribution section some are now listed as excluded and there is someone listed we can't match to a debt.
The letter is signed by Mark Allen, who I thought had left Grant Thornton, puzzled and concerned on the legality of this.
There is no mention of the RX1 being lifted, or in fact any guidance on what we do next.
All advice greatly appreciated.

Ask GT for the evidence of lifting the RX1, as I didn't get anything from them until I queried it.
IVA Completed!
Final payment made November 2011.
CoC received 12/10/12.
