My IVA is due to end in April. Will I recieve any info or paperwork from DFD. Also Im a bit concerned as EIF are dealing with my PPI claims and after hearing some of the horror stories on here im starting to panic. Any advice would be gratefully recieved. Thank you.
I would contact EIF too. We sent off paperwork back in July 2012 and its still ongoing. Recently had to sign more paperwork as the old paperwork had run out of time. they have even paid Payplan some PPI owed that we weren't even aware of!!
We are with DFD and also coming to the end of our IVA end of March. EIF are dealing with PPIs. I gave DFD a call last week to just see what was going on. They told me that they are currently in the process of sending out documents for people to sign to allow PPIs to be chased after closure (deed of assignments I think). The lady told me that the last batch of documents were being sent out end of March so by then everyone should have them. I was told that closure on my IVA would only be a few months, not the six months that it has been taking. In the meantime I am all over EIF ( they are going to hate me) pushing them to hurry up.
Just thought I would let you know what I had been told and fingers crossed it's all true and we get closure speedily!!

Definitely check directly with your own IP, who is the only person really who can advise you about the current statement of play with regard to the finalisation of their PPI exercise, and ultimately the projected closure of your case.
