Hi,
I had my IVA approved last Monday. I was going to the gym up until approx 3 months ago but I cancelled the membership as I knew I could not afford it.
I got a letter from a company called Credit Solutions Northern last week, I e mailed them to say I had cancelled my membership and had not used the facilities for 3 months, and that I had my IVA approved, they wrote to me again, received it today to say they want a copy of my IVA proposal. I have contacted my case officer at Clearstart for advice.
I did not think I was going to have to pay anything I am worried now.

Let Clearstart deal with this. It is their job now, and if there is an additional debt which was not disclosed in the arrangement, the gym company can be invited to join in the arrangement. I imagine the debt is fairly small?

Hi Melanie,Its 183.75, it just seems unfair that they are expecting 3 months money when I have not even been.
Thanks for the reply Melanie you always have time for people.
