wonder if the admin team removed the post - I have removed mine now as it didn't make sense - thought I was going nuts when I couldn't find it.

I did read it before it was deleted and it brought up feelings that i've been having about our situation and what i thought people would think of us.The truth is everyone on here has a unique situation and there are lots of factors involved as to why people get into trouble. We cannot tell people close to us as yes, we are ashamed . I'm glad that we found this site to realise that we're not alone and we want to pay back what we owe we just need help to do so.All i can say is Cassasguy well done for being secure financially but please do not judge people when you have no real knowledge of their situation !

I missed the post, too slow to catch cold me!!! lol. It must have been pretty bad though, really got you's rattled. Makes you wonder why ----- is wasting their time looking on the forum, if they aint got money woes???!!!!!!
Anyhow, have you tried going into the branch to take the matter further? It may help face to face, over the phone, advisors can be very dismissive and rude, somehow, they tend to be more helpful in person....

HI Chris,
Every now and again we get some idiot wanting to shout their ignorant mouth off and get some attention.. we usually get to them before anyone notices... as the last thing we want is to give them the gratification of getting some replies. You missed nothing.
regards, admin

What I would do is ask what their policy is on ATM disputes as they should have a process in place for disputes like this. Confirm everything in writing, time, date, ATM machine & amount and dispute the transaction. Excalate the complaint if you don't get any joy.

Hi chris.g , I did that and Thinkbanking have stated that they have taken it as far as they can and that there is nothing else I can do.

They have been so unhelpful![:(]

Isn't there someone you can report them to? I'm not sure if the Financial Ombudsman would deal with anything like that but it could be worth looking in to.

This is where banks annoy me - £130 isn't a lot of money to them, but to us it's a fortune.

Good luck Chris.

Hi Chris
I wouldn't give upon this, the bank can afford the loss more than you can.
Speak with Think and ask them what is the next stage for you to take.If it is a complaint then lodge one, thet will reply with a refund or a final response letter, once you have this you could make a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman
