Juliehawkins state "if i sell the property i will have no money left over and be homeless"If you have £100k equity and owe 65k, how will you be homeless with no money??
Cant julie sell the house,do a full and final IVA for say 50-55k ?
That way she would still have a £45k pot to put 15% deposit down on a new place and pay removal costs etc,and clear her debt??

Anything is possible - but how would you react to that sort of offer if you were a creditor?

I would be more miffed if the debtor had £100k of equity ,that as a creditor I couldnt get my hands on!!

But you could if you petitioned for her bankruptcy, and then there would be no allowances for relocation costs.
