Good evening

I have just agreed my IVA proposal through ClearDebt and returned all my paperwork. One of my major creditors is Zopa, I am slightly concerened that they will vote against my IVA as they are a social lending site rather than a bank. Does anybody have any experience of dealing with Zopa and IVA's??? and if so what are the chances of them accepting my proposal?? I am looking at paying back 47p/£.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Andy.

Hi
Well they have the casting vote.
Cleardebt are an excellent company and I am sure that they would not put forward an IVA unless confident of success

If you have any concerns whatsoever, then feel free to contact me directly, my details are in the experts section on the left. As Andy says, whilst there is no cast iron guarantee of success with your proposal, your advisor would not have put you forward if he or she did not think that you had a good chance of success.

Regards.
