i wish i was you...cant wait till ig get to the end of our IVA...but def wont be getting a card of any kind ever again
IVA completed 11th Dec 2009 due to a Full and Final with the fantastic help of Michael Peoples and
Mc Cambridge Duffy

I shall just, hopefully, being getting a debit card, nothing else.

Thanks folks. I think to be honest although I know I would never take the risk again I don't want a credit card. I don't need credit to live happily and comfortably so I think I will just press on with getting some savings together and await a clean record. Nearly there.....

Hi
I have a credit card,post IVA,through Vanquis.They charge a high rate but provide an excellent service and will only start you off with a £200-£500 limit.
A credit card is very useful if you travel and once you have been through an IVA you are rehabilitated enough to use one for the purpose that it was designed for.
ONE credit card is fine,WITH A LOW LIMIT,it's the seven,eight,nine or ten cards that we used to each have,pre IVA,that was the problem !!!
