Hi

Was just wondering, when you are in an IVA does it affect other people living at your address?

No it shouldnt, however the other people can submit disassociation letters to the credit reference agencies if they have the same surname if need be but should not need to in all honesty

I live with my Parents and I have never affected them when it comes to going for credit etc

Our IVA's have never affected our daughters ability to get credit, and she still lives with us and shares the same surname.
