Sorry Guys just need to vent!
2 weeks ago i realsied there was a problem with my payments and there increases due to my previous company (blair endesby) so i contacted Grant thornton was told id need to do a variation even though it wasnt my fault the payment was calculated wrong. anyway i had my variation phone call earlier this week all was agreed and i sent through all documents asked the lady said she would update my direct debit payments and all would be sorted as agreed and she would contact the creditors and explain the payment changes were because of previous companies error. this morning i have recieved my new payment plan and its exactly the same as my old one except for 1 payment i just needed to rant that now im going to have to contact them again as its still not right i feel like im banging my head against a brick wall!!!!!
hi lesley yea i did that a couple of weeks ago and they were really helpful so was the lady on the phone im just really stressed as only one of the payments is as she said on the phone all the rest are wrong and of course they are closed on a weekend!!!
It's always the way isn't it? These sort of letters always arrive at the weekend when you can't contact anyone.
Hope you get it sorted on Monday.
