Congratulations Steve. Hope your IVE runs smoothly.
Just one questions though.
You made reference to adjusting your tax credit post IVA acceptance - Have I missed this and is it possible to off set your IVA payments against your earnings for tax purposes????
This would allow me to pay more to my creditors and hopefully have a little extra each month

Wow that chinease went down a treat and now having pint of stella, i feel so relaxed and ive not felt like this for a long time.

Hi cerberus im not sure mate as went i sent it in they said to me that all debts would be included so all i know is that the extra £140 that tax credit will give me will help pay the rest. Sorry cant help you maybe someone else can, all i know is the IP send it to the revenue and once they recieve it my entitlement will be right.

Great news on both fronts Steve. Best to keep your IP in the loop. I tell mine everything .... to the extent that they tell me to go away and leave them alone !!!!
