Im so angry,my creditors meeting was this morning at 11.45am...at 2.30 I had still not heard from Cleardebt so called them...to be told yes it has been accepted...as we had put two options forward to our creditors inc a full and final or a 60 month contributions based IVA I proceeded to ask the girl at the other end of the phone WHICH had been accepted...to which she replied "I don't know"!!!! She got another lady to phone me back as our usual IP is on annual leave till Monday....this girl to seemed useless and told me that apprantly the creditors had claimed to be unaware that there was two offers and so wanted over the weekend to look at the proposals again....very bizzare that all 14 creditors claimed to be unaware of the two offers yet the company claim to of put both offers forward!! Im so angry as I think they have been so un professional today...it was a whole different story when they were wanting me to sign for by business yet now I seem to be unable to get through to anybody senior to speak to! The girl said the meeting has been ajourned till Monday ??!!

Thanks Lulu. I just feel like the company we are with is really not that bothered about us! Our normal IP is lovely and it's just our typical luck that he is away for the meeting day! I have emailed him asking him to phone me first thing Monday upon his return...poor guy...has been on a blissful 2 week break and has me to return to first thing on a Monday morning :-(

Our creditors meeting was also adjourned, and like yourself we didn't get much useful information. We were left out of the loop!! I think its a lack of communication between departments.

Ours was a case of nobody voting - and it was resolved when GT said.

Don't be worrying too much over the weekend, I'm sure everything will work out.
