Hi again all,

(9000k indebt)

Sorry for going back on to a question earlier but I am worried. I recently made an arrangment for my halifax visa(£5000)to pay 1% balance and they froze any interest and charges, but with my other creditors and payments still the same payments and knowing it will be more stress to sort them, I decided to get a Bankrupt appointment on 21stnov and end try end the stress once and for all.
My worry is I made my first voluntary to halifax payment by 28th sept last month of which it is due and same is due this month, I`ve decide to leave anymore payments for all creditors(5 in total) as I need the cash for my fee at court(£485) but when I checked my halifax online I cant access it and it says ring albion collections.
I worried that if I miss my next voluntary payment like the rest that it then leaves 4 weeks upto the Br day(21stnov) and that albion collections may send me letters and extra charges or even balifs. Has anyone any idea if I would probably be ok till Br day and if I do get any extra charges of albion collections can I add them to my Br affairs. Please helps as not sleeping well.

Thanks Neil

Hi Neil,
I am sure that no bailiffs or any other kind of visitor will arrive during the next month. Albion will try to set up a payment arrangement with you so phone calls and letters are likely. I think you simply need to explain your intentions to Albion and stick to your plan. I don't think you'll get any extra charges but if you do they can be added to the bankruptcy.

Hi
Andrew is right, you certainly will not receive a bailiff visit as this can only happen after a court order and you are a long, long way from this.Charges etc are immaterial if you are going bankrupt. Also you must not pay some creditors and not thers if you are planning on bankruptcy, otherwise you will be favouring them.
