Maybe it differs around regions - I popped into aldi and I have to say its not for me. Very poor selection and the fruit looked bruised. I'll be sticking with Sains.

I'll definitely have a look but I'll still have to buy some things in Sainsburys - soya milk, cereal, toilet roll etc as they have to be Alpro, Kellogs and Andrex!

The thing is I don't like own brand cereal or soya milk (I spend a fortune on that - I want shares in Alpro!) so I'd probably only end up getting cleaning products, pasta and potatoes in Aldi.

Sains staff must look after the goods better then and stack the shelves more often. Unless I just chose an off day to go... customer service is important to me as well so again Sains score big on points there. I sometimes go into Morrisons but the customer service isn't too hot there.

Hmmmm, I'm going off the idea - I don't fancy all my fruit and veg being bruised! I like Sainsburys because the staff are usually friendly (apart from the old dragon on the deli counter on Sunday!) and efficient. Customer service is very important as far as I'm concerned.

Hi All
How to cope with the check outs at Aldi and Lidl - I always take a couple of Ikea bags (only a couple of quid each) or failing that get trolley bags. Then just chuck it all in.
Anyone else tried the face cream yet?

Oh all the air-hostesses at work are going crazy for it. Apparantly contains the same ingrediants as Creme de la mer which costs £100 per tub!
I like it as its nice and thick and gooey, so my days of wearing the expensive Origins are behind me!
