I just hope Melanie and her team realise that they do a job that can change people's lives for the good..... thank goodness for people like these ! it really is a second chance.
It is the motivation which makes us all want to go to work every day, eu1953, and we feel very priveliged to have such worthwhile careers which really can change some people's lives and attitude to the use of credit.

Conratulations, its a fantastic feeling when your IVA is accepted, its like a big weight been lifted of your shoulders and the stress just drops off. While this is new to you dont ever forget what a relief it is, at times during your IVA you will find it hard from time to time but not as hard or as stressfull, post an IVA, i think some people forget that
