Sorry need a moan, got no money ( i'd like to say "again"but its continuous!!) Just had to take on a new member of staff which I cant really afford but with only 2 of us in my salon it is soooo hard to get a break. Business is starting to slow now as people stretch there cuts out till xmas so . Car is making a funny noise but daren't take it to garage in case its bad news and just filled in my i&e for yearly review and it shows -£3.45 in my surplus (thats without all the outgoings I was allowed in my original proposal) Dont know how much longer I can keep it up!!!

Hi
Well the annual review is the time to speak with your IP and get an affordable budget. You will find it near impossible to get through another four years unless you are given enough to have a reasonable standard of living.
Let us know how you get on with the review.

already discussed it with him and he said the same as is the theme with everyone at the mo , creditors aren't liking to do variations so soon into iva.Ive tried to sell my car so that I can free up my hp payments of £69 a month as ip said I can keep them til 2009 when my iva says they have to be introduced but by the time Ive paid the hp off there won't be enough left to buy a banger let alone a car that will take me to the end of my iva!

I don't agree with your IP, Becky, if you need to vary the payments downwards give it a go, as you will not last the next four years on such a tight budget. From memory you run your own hairdressing salon, so it is not as if you are drawing a regular wage and just got your budget wrong in the first place. I suggest that you work out some credible figures for the future and talk to your IP.
