You deserve for it to get better and better ontheroad. I personally would like to send a framed copy of your early discharge notice straight to the CEO of the stupid creditor who rejected your IVA - with bells on!!!

I love Mels' idea [:D] wish we had done that to hubby's creditors [:D]

Fingers crossed you get ED ontheroad, I can't see any reason why you won't.

Just a bit of info on timescales in our experience. Hubby had a similar letter when he was BR, made BR in February, the letter arrived in August and he was discharged by November- 3 months later his details were removed from the register. Still have payments to make, but getting closer to the finishing line [:)]

Good luck xx

ONLY 21 payments left Skippy...as you know our circumstances have changed since the order was made, but we're reluctant to ask for a review. Mainly due to us being so thankful that the payments were affordable in the first place.

We will never forget your support and help on and off forum [:)]

[:I] Thanks Julie.

If your circumstances have changed please ask for a review, and if you're not happy with the new figure, ask the OR for a breakdown.

I wish I'd done that as I feel that my IPA wasn't reassessed accurately.

Thanks both - part of me thinks we should ask for a review, as my fuel for work has gone up from £40 a month to £200! Then again, we are determined to pay back what we can, so will struggle on.

Looking forward to 2012!

Oh Julie I can understand where you're coming from but if things get too tough I would ask for one.

Julie do the payments get reviewed anyway as a matter of course during the 36 months as in an IVA? x

I agree with Lesley. BR isn't supposed to be easy, but it's not supposed to be a struggle either - it's a fresh start x

January 2012 I'm 50 so not looking forward to it too quickly Julie! I would love to get away for my birthday and as it's so close to Christmas and a special birthday I'm hoping to get away for a few days as I'd be mortified if work go over the top as they did this year for a colleague. x

I don't think it does get reviewed - apart from the initial contact we have had nothing from "moonbeaver" the company designated to collect our payments. I did look into reducing payments and its only the OR who can change payments.

It's a pride thing and I'll do anything I can to maintain the payments.
