Hi all

I e-mailed my IP again this morning & within an hour had a reply apologising & promised that I would be contacted by someone by Monday at the latest.
Within an hour of that I received a phone call from them regarding my F&F,as you guys quite rightly said the problem could be the 2 year no modification clause, although the lady I spoke to just asked for my permission to contact the creditors to ask for it to be removed & thought that it shouldnt be a problem. So its seems the trick is keep chasing them & they will eventually get back to you.
I will keep you informed on my progress !

Kind Regards To All

Dave

Morning All

Just a quick update, ever since DFD got back to me things have gone very smoothly & I have to praise them for there speed & efficency over the last two weeks. My F&F meeting is set for the 24th Feb so hopefully I wil have some good news then.
One question I do have is will it still need 75% approval for acceptance or is the criteria different for F&F's ?

Regards to all

GoodLuck. Hope everything goes ok. Let us know how you get on.

We are with DFD and they have been very efficient and professional with us so far.
I have just posted off all the paperwork for our first review, we will see how efficient they are with this ??

It is good to see some of the larger firms getting some praise, where often on the forum the comments about them are adverse. Well done to DFD for sorting this client's difficulties out.
