Pleased as punch for you Mike, really I am, I kept thinking of you in that nightmare and not being able to find a door, sounds like now they are all flying open without you even knocking. Please just be patient, I wanted my IVA up and running like yesterday when I first started my journey but now I realise the things that didnt happen werent meant to happen. I know you want to move, full speed ahead but make sure you are totally sure about everything before you do. If you end up not selling the buyers will get over it, thats life when buying and selling, been on that treadmill for almost a year. Stay positive, even though the fog has lifted some days can be hard, this is a journey but if you keep going you'll get there, if you have a bad day remember this. barriers are only visible if you take your eye off the goal. Good luck, I am really happy youre feeling better.

And Mrs Mike too, good luck to both of you.

Hey ... great news Mike ... I told you Jamie was handsome [:D]

So lovely to hearing you sound so much more positive after having taken control ... something I've learnt the hard way is that there is always a solution to every problem [:)]

Lots of best wishes to your wife as well.

Skippy ... I would take those glasses off again ... there seems to be an awful lot of spiders around indoors at the moment now that the weather is turning.

I wouldnt be too worried about upsetting your buyers..at the end of the day they made a "low offer" !!
They didt worry about you when they offered you peanuts for your house!
Buyers should never measure for curtains till they have exchanged!!

mike i am really pleased that there are solutions appearing for your situation, can you not just say to the prospective buyers for this weekend you will be away so it is not convenient and tuesday would be better and then at least you would have had the chance to speak to tina, you don't want to throw anything away, as you are so near answers.
good luck

hi guys,
Thank you all so much for taking the time to talk I know I've said it b4 but it really is such a huge help knowing you are there, sometimes a question just pops in and it is great to know I can ask you and you are there with answers or support, thank you all so much.
Andy: thank you for your help, that helps alot with all the solutions and questions spinning in my head at the moment, which one to grasp at?
Lily: thank you so much, I know exactly what you mean, now I have finally admitted I have a problem and have been shown solutions (thanks Jamie) I so much want to say yes to anything, get me out of here now, beam me up scotty, where do I sign. But you are right take the right step, I just know the phone calls will start soon and I just want it to end now! You are so right the fog lifted so much last night I could see for miles, then this morning couldn't see my hand in front of my face, after talking to you guys it's now a few feet away and moving fast, thanks. The doors have only opened because I found this forum and you guys, I realy mean that, I don't know what I would do at this moment without you. I thought I was keeping it together but my daughter said less than an hour ago when she was trying to read to me that I just don't listen anymore, God I try so hard to keep it together but your head just spins sometimes and you drift, it's constantly there, really tired.
JPJ: Cheers matey, you are so right! They actually offered us £10k below 1st time around (house is already well below what it should be) and made us feel bad about howtheydon't have the money for moving costs etc. Still feel sorry for them though if we have to back out, realy don't want to mess anyone about, and they love the house and are so excited. But i would love to also keep it for my family if I can. How do I keep getting myself in to such a mess?
Scaredkez: thank you, yes I will definately have to come up with an excuse, I don't want to dissapoint them, but I must find out my best options and take the best course of action for my family. I do love them so much, they mean everything to me. My wife is lovely and I really do have the best kids in the world, I wish I could give them more.
Thank you to everyone
Very best wishes
Mike
P.S hmmmm the ongoing 'is Jamie handsome debate' maybe it's about time he posted a pic if poss' and let all the ladies out there decide?

Hold on Mike, dont say I wish I could give them more, they are yours and you have everything important right there, so do they, they have you. You must stop blaming yourself, it happens, sometimes the proverbial hits the fan and its how you deal with it that matters, I shouted at my autistic son yesterday and he looked at me, he really didnt know what he had done, but I was just stressed, so I told him (in a way he may understand) that I was stressed. You do come across as very caring and sensitive to your family, money cant buy that, you need to be a little bit more caring towards Mike. They love you for who you are. so youre not perfect and made a mistake, we all do. My son still loves me, I hardly ever shout at him, but these things happen.

Hi guys,
Thanks Lily, I know you are right. Sometimes it's easy to forget that all children really want and need is loving parents and a happy home, wherever that home may be, and I can hand on heart say my children have that. I know what you mean about stress and bottling it up, trying to take it all yourself and keep it inside and under wraps. Unfortunately it tends to erupt on those you love most. I too have lost my temper at times far more than I should and then felt guilty afterwards, giving my kids an extra big hug, trying to explain that I have a lot on my mind at the moment and answering the question what's wrong daddy with nothing for you to worry over or think about. I just so want to give my family all of me again without the weight of the world on my mind, it feels like it is draining all of my emotions leaving nothing left over for my family, although obviously I do try to continue as normal. Just to have time without this hanging over me every minute of the day would make such a difference, hope it's sorted soon. Huge help taking to you, thanks.
Best wishes to all
Cheers Mike.
