My IP has been asked to supply copies of creditors voting forms were they have been asked to vote on a variation. Is he duty bound to do so and or am I allowed to "have sight" of the forms. If so is there a section of the standard terms I can refer to?

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Yes, you would be perfectly entitled to ask to see them. There is nothing in the terms and conditions, merely custom at creditors meetings where proxy votes may be inspected by anyone at the discretion of the Chairman of the meeting. If agreement was not given to inspect them you would be entitled to assume that there was an irregularity.

Is your IP actually refusing to let you see the proxy forms?
