brassic when i had my interview the OR was more interested in the larger amounts of money that had been spent, i.e loans, and anything over £1k i had one loan for over £15k which was for doing the house up and i did have to say to the penny what the £15k was spent on, as far as CCards they didn't really ask me to go into them as they were relatively small spends, such as grocery shopping so they really weren't interested, the aim is to make sure you haven't been obtaining money fraudulently as skippy says if you can't remember tell them, and any missing statements they will obtain themselves, my OR didn't ask for any of mine, even though i took them all with me on the day, so i take it they obtained them all themselves, don't panic it will all be fine.

i understand brassic, i felt the waiting for the OR meeting the hardest as you just don't know what to expect, we were booked for a 3 hour meeting, mine lasted over an 1 1/2 hrs and hubbies 10 mins as he had everything from me, they are real people, its not an interrogation with a spot light on you, its your chance to say how everything went wrong!

I have rung the OR office, they are not sure if I should have had the Questionnaire or not, so I have to just send back the forms that I have received and if I am meant to have the Questionnaire, it will arrive in the post!!!

I have only got 2 loan agreements. Not sure where the other main one is!!! Bank statements: I have loads, but there is a gap between January 2007-March 2007, I think I shredded a lot of stuff when we moved house! Not sure what I was thinking, my head was all over the place, we had just realised we could not do the IVA, I should have kept them but did not think!!!!!!!!!!!

And I cannot remember a lot of the things I spent the money on, too!!!!

Jane, sounds like you and I are going through the same panic stage!!! Thanks Kerri, I was told that the interview should take about half an hour but if I have to explain where everything has gone wrong, I may have to book a day off work - mine will probably last all day!!! Going have to sit down and try and trace what I did with all that money! This waiting is worse than having to go to court!
