Am I the only one who thinks all this claiming of PPI whilst in an IVA is a waste of time.

am i the only one who thinks all this claiming of ppi whilst in an iva is a waste of time,i have sent emails off to eic and grant thornton with no replies from either of them,their customer service departments are a disgrace,if i could i would tell them where to shove their claims for ppi.

Not to mention, after all this effort, the creditors are taking money from themselves to pay back themselves, less a cut for the Claims Firm and another cut from the IP company.

Being devils advocate you may well have paid PPI on a loan that is fully paid prior to the IVA and not one of your current creditors.

PPI could be claimed and all current creditors would benefit.
Last Payment - November 2011 - Completion Certificate received 2 weeks after last payment, Removed from Insolvency Register within 4 weeks after last payment.

Are you saying that you are yet to hear whether they have actually gound any evidence of PPI being sold on any of your debts bobble? If their invesigations are ongoing, I am afraid you will have to stick with that until the outcome is known.
