You would be wise to contact the Court (or rather ask your IP to do so) to confirm that the IVA has been approved so that the Court will not allow continuation of the action. It is not beyond the realms of possibility that the action be allowed to continue by mistake. If a Charging Order was granted in error, it can be removed but it's hassle that you could prevent now.

Oh no Barb!![:0]

I am dreading all this.

Has Melanie come back to you?

I hope you are okay, just when things had started to settle down for you.

Thinking of you....

Barbara

My team have contacted Amex and reminded them of the IVA's acceptance, so the application to Court should shortly be withdrawn.

There you go Barb!

I know I am going to be a nightmare. The free local paper was through the door when I got home, I had hold of the lads Tenor Horn, School bag - well everything to be honest. I thought at a glance that it was a gazillion letters and instantly went into mad panic, shouty mode - poor little T. When I had finally stopped impersonating a pack horse and looked properly it was just the quite innocent paper. I had to sit on the sofa and recover lol. T thought I had gone mad lol - he told his dad 'I think mum is losing it' Nice eh!

Hope you are feeling better. xx

[:D][:D][:D]

I know we hide from our postman lol!

We pulled up one day in the car and neither of us would get out of the car until the postman was right down the street [:I]

How bad are we?!
