Nothing is ever certain in the world of IVAs, however I have successfully put forward a number of similar cases to yours over the last year to this creditor, and can honestly say that they support the great majority of cases put forward.

It might be worth having a chat with an insolvency practitioner more specifically about your circumstances, so that you can consider all options.

And when it can be difficult to talk to the people you would normally turn to, as the idea of large debt is terrifying to most. And hysterical family doesn't help to make the process easier.
