[:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D]

f&f accepted [:D][:D][:D]

I can't believe that after 18 months I'm now debt free (do parents count!) I don't know who did or didn't vote but it's been accepted at 24p/£ even though I had mods saying no variations within 2 years and minimum requirement of 27p/£

A huge thanks to Melanie whose invaluable advise made this possible. Thanks also to everyone else for the support and encouragement, especially when frustration was taking over! It's taken almost 5 months to get here.

Got to go back to work now and try to stop grinning!![:D][:D]

Hurrah - I am so pleased for you - and it just goes to show that gentle persistence with your IP, regardless of the fact that they are the largest IVA firm, produces results.

What a lovely, early Christmas present - but hopefully you will stick around on the forum to provide valuable advice to others.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner
