Looks like they are now only asking for 3 months statements.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

yes I would presume if they want my i&e they would ask for it, right?

so basically that's 2years without being asked for i&e

nothing has changed really on both

Same here, I have asked them a few times if they need anything from me and they don't - no I&E.

sprowstownboy Did you have equity? if so was it dealt with as PJG would've done? No suggestion of secured loan? I have heard nothing from any ex PJG clients about the interpretation of equity release

I used a mortgage broker recommended by PJG, his report was sent a couple of days after the sale was announced. I expected a load of hassle but it all seemed to go through smoothly. I did have equity but the report said there was no chance of any borrowing, so I just carried onto year 6.

I have a long way to go yet[:(][:(] but that does sound encouraging
I had equity at the time I started and still do, The idea of applying for a mortgage fills me with dread! Can you let us know what broker? Did you use them rather than apply and get rejections yourself? sorry to bombard you

I contacted my current mortgage provider, plus the secured loan provider who both said no and that was enough for my IP who just extended for the extra year.

I heard nothing about an annual review either, just got the annual report.

Mine was due in September but nothing happened. Purely by chance, I sent an I&E in last November so I thought it might have moved the date to November.

But November has come and gone with nothing.

All I've had is a newsletter telling me their website has been updated.

Also, a new way of electronically submitting bank statements apparently. Anyone tried it?

Recovering - if you send me an email i'll let you have the details. There is a charge which should be born by the IVA so you may have to clear it with the IP first.
