Hi we are previous tenon clients, we sent off all info except last payslip (this has now been sent 2 wk ago).We received an email stating can take up to 6wk to do review. It has now been just over 6 wks and just wondered how long other GT clients have waited for review to be done.

Thanks just a bit worried and as 1st review really anxious.

Hi Gary -- I, too, was moved from Tenon and had my first GT review soon after. They took about 7 weeks, if I recall -- it wasn't too far adrift and withing the guidelines ( which I forget at the moment ... too much other rubbish between my ears at the moment). The review went well and, to my surprise, they did listen to all my woes and I actually got a (much needed) reduction.

I must admit that I have found them to be really good with the day to day running of the IVA .. and .. as I have said before ...if only they could get their act together in the closures department all would be sweetness and light ( well almost).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Your IP needs to submit their annual report within two months of the anniveratry of your arrangement - and some firms do work right up to the time limit, so I would work towards that sort of timeline if I were you.

Thanks I know they have quite a large workload so didn't want to ring unnecessarily, once this review is done I will feel much better.

My last review from GT came back within a handful of weeks but you could tell they had not read any of it as the I&E should a reduction in earnings and an increase in costs yet their paperwork said everything was fine...

That was at the start of the year, we have still not received the report to creditors, from memory we only got last years because we chased them for it..

When is the anniversary of your IVA nickjohn? Are you saying that GT are not issuing statutory reports on time?

Hi Mel, the anniversary is Feb, we sent review info to them start of Feb and got I&E review really quickly. We did not get a copy of the report to creditors after the first review but did after the second, however, this was only after we chased them about something else, think it was to do with their charges.
Is their a time scale for sending us the report?

Yes - the report must be issued within two months of your anniversary - so if your IVA was accepted on 14th February, the report needs to be issued by 13th April.

You should have received a copy of the first report. Did this get lost in the post in transit to you?

Hi Mel, will check on the exact date of the commencement.

There were a few occasions at the start when they said they had sent forms / info which we never received so I said they had to use email. I do not actually believe they even sent some of the stuff they said they sent..

Hi Gary29,

I would be happy to take a look at your case and the income and expenditure review if you can email me at ivacustomerservices@uk.gt.com quoting "IVA FORUM" in the subject line and providing your case reference.

Kind Regards
