Hey,

We are having our 3rd annual review. Submitted all documents 3 and a half weeks ago and havent heard anything at all from our IP.

Should we be worried?

A review should be completed within 2 months after the anniversary date of the IVA. No harm in giving them a little push !
Most IP's seem to be lacking in the communication department !
I am not qualified to give advice and can only state my opinions, based on my IVA experiences.

I'm with stepchange, my first 3 reviews were done in 2wks ish, but the 4th one took about 4wks. Don't know if something had changed in their processes. It seemed such a long wait.

Only the final one left now (I hope!) my reviews have always been November, but the last payment isn't til January. Hopefully they don't do November and January!

I have the misfortune to be with the truly awful Begbies Traynor. My annual review the year before last took 7 months and a IR review I requested in April this year for financial hardship took 4 months. The latter was only done after I sent a written complaint.
