Hi

My annual review (single IVA) is approaching and I was wondering if I will be asked for proof of my partner’s income ?

Thanks in advance

Not usually - unless you are trying to drastically change any of the figures previously agreed. Apart from a few firms details of a solvent partner's uincome is only needed to calculate the fair share of household expenses and, after this has been done, they generally lose interest in the solvent partner.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
