Try not to worry too much, I'm sure that your account manager can help sort this out for you.

If she is not available, why not escalate your query to her immediate superior, or even the IP personally?

Hi many thanks for your help the iva dept are not open of a weekend so I rang yesterday still no luck to get in touch with the person again waited all day for a call back but never came rang this morn still no luck then rang at 5pm wow managed to speak to her the first thing I said not rudely but how difficult it has been to get into contact with her since last week she replied "sorry I have got a email in my inbox to call you since Friday" surly you check emails every day. Anyway rant over.

We disused the trans and I explained my reasons and she was more than happy because it was below £500.

And she confirmed no monies was owing from this year event though I was saving my uplifts I thought would be needed for annual review that weren't so a bonus I I'm £700 up happy days I even ended up with some savings out of it so I'm really happy.

I just want to say thanks to all that put my mind at ease.

So a happy ending to my first review.
