Hi we have had the forms for our first annual review...
my husband was made redundant in February and as yet has not found another job so not sure what I will fill in for his income and what will happen???

Also if he was to take a job with a lower income which would also involve higher outgoings and potentially unable to afford current level of payments what would happen?

Thanks

If he has no income then you have to record this as such, but if he is getting JSA then you have to record the amount of benefit he is receiving.

How are you managing to make the IVA payments with no income from your husband? You can always apply to your IP to have the payments reduced, and this may involve a creditors meeting but they cannot expect to get what you cannot afford.
