Hi

Sent off all paperwork on 29th october for my annual review. I have not heard anything back yet from our iva company. I am getting a little nervous. How long does it usually take to hear back

Hey floridaholiday, I think they have two months from the anniversary date to go through it. By the way, I love your username.[8D] Good luck with the review. X

I could quite happily be in Florida at the moment!

If you are concerned, I'd give them a ring just to make sure it all got there ok?

Please do not worry. It can take a little while for your annual review to be completed. As Jan says, there is no harm in giving them a ring to check that they have received the paperwork from you.

Our annual review with a new I&E was completed two months early due to a change in my husbands salary - we received a letter saying no increase in payments which is fine, but we are still waiting for a copy of the report sent to creditors listing all payments within the first twelve months of our IVA etc etc - despite emailing and speaking with them for the last two months we are still waiting - our IVA review date was the 17th September - I have now waited two months - should we start to chase again !!!!!

It wouldn't hurt you to phone Lulu - just to remind them you are there!
