Hi All,

I have just been reading a few posts on the Annual review and I can see alot of people going on about recieving Documentation with Information of whats been paid and how its been distributed and what Crediters have claimed etc.

I received mine the other week, and all it has was a letter saying please forward 3 Payslips and your P60 and had a form with Income and Expenditure to fill out.

Am I supposed to get other documentation telling me where i am with my IVA and Crediters like alot of people have been saying?

Cheers for help

I think you get that once they have conducted the review and told you if anything is going to change next year.

That's right Jan - the annual review will follow with a copy of the detailed report to creditors, which confirms the progress made by the IP to date.
