Thanks Pennyless - how are you doing? I am breaking in my eyes slowly - so far so good. I am looking forward to reading of your acceptance. Melanie is great - if you could see mine which she got through at first attempt when 7/8 others laughed and said "no chance" you would be amazed - you will be fine.

Thanks elv. Been feeling more and more nervous as the days grow closer, after all for me this is a make or break situation next week and I really can't contemplate the proposal failing, as I'm not sure what I will do.

Melanie and the team have been great, just as you said they would be following my first post.

Really has given me a smile seeing Max today.....get well soon.

Lovely to see you back David - I agree that you need to take it slowly though.

Hope you, J and mother in law are all fine and Max and Henry are doing ok.

Harry's fine thanks although not happy with the wet weather today!

I didn't know you had an adopted cat. What does Henry think of that?

Henry is fine with him or her - if another cat comes into the garden he gets shot of it - he looks after the adopted one - we dont know where he/she came from - just appeared>

I've got everything crossed and more!

So glad everyone is fine and what a huge dog Henry must be!

Only just seen this topic and was amazed that £140 was considered enough for food and household items!

Blimey, I'm glad I'm not with that company, as I'd be eating nothing but cheap processed food!

My allowance is £200, and I'm not on steak (or meat for that matter!)every night of the week.

I spend £10 a week on veg alone to ensure I keep myself healthy.

If at annual reviews we dont agree with the IP, do we have a right to contest or refuse any additional contributions if it is felt we genuinly cannot afford it / or do we just have to put up with whatever the IP thinks &/or says ?
